Client Servicing Manager
Job Responsibilities: 1. Client Liaison & Communication: Act as the central bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate communication. Understand client briefs, translate them into actionable tasks, and coordinate with internal stakeholders. Prepare high-quality presentations and PPT decks based on client briefs, and deliver compelling presentations to clients. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Oversee the end-to-end process of event planning, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. 3. Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and propose innovative event solutions that align with their objectives. Provide strategic insights to clients regarding event trends, technology, and best practices. 4. Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor the Client Servicing team to ensure alignment, efficiency, and high performance. Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of all project components. 5. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Event Planning, Production, and Creative, to ensure all client requirements are understood and executed effectively. 6. Event and Talent/Artist Management: Oversee artist coordination and venue management from planning through execution. Ensure all artist requirements, schedules, and deliverables are fulfilled without gaps. Liaise with venue teams for technical, logistical, and operational requirements. 7. On-Ground Event Execution Ensure strong on-ground presence during key event days to guarantee smooth and seamless execution. Manage backstage, registration, crowd control, and console operations effectively. 8. Technical & Show flow Expertise: Demonstrate clear understanding of show flow planning, cue sheet creation, and event sequencing. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper console management and execution readiness. 9. Multi-Event Management: Should be able to manage multiple events at once, ensuring parallel planning, coordination, and execution without compromising quality. 10. Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality events that exceed client expectations. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. - Must have experience in doing Corporate Event. - Proven experience in client servicing and project management within the event management industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. - Must be able to make attractive PPT. - Familiarity with event technology trends and solutions. - Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Event Production Senior Executive
Key responsibilities & duties This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Production Senior Executive. The Event Production Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of managing and executing events. These tasks include: Event planning Event production Event management Communication and budgeting. The Event Production Specialist will work closely with the client and the White Massif team to ensure that the client’s objectives and vision are executed flawlessly. Qualifications Event Planning, Event Production, and Event Management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as the candidate will be communicating with clients, vendorsand team members Budgeting skills and experience in managing project budgets Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Experience in event logistics and production Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience with event technology and production tools is a plus
